IPS requires the following:
• Supervisors
To carry out duties associated with installation of communications and electrical equipment. Duties include installing cables, conduit and trunking, terminating cables and installing associated communications equipment such as PA speakers, CCTV cameras, PHPs.
You will need to maintain standards of installation on our client's sites and complete site reports and collect and deliver materials and equipment to and from sites. In addition you will need to communicate directly with Project Engineers and Managers on the progress of site works as required.
Qualifications
- ONC/TEC or equivalent in a relevant discipline (not mandatory). City and Guilds in Electrical/Electronic Installation Works or have completed an indentured apprenticeship in the electrical industry.
- Two year's experience in a similar position.
- Experience in the installation and termination of cables.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Commissioning and testing of electrical/mechanical installations.
- Clean driving license preferable.
