IPS requires the following:
• Project Engineers
Your role will be to assist the Project Manager with projects and be accountable for the progress and successful completion of projects.
The role will involve the supervision of installation and commissioning teams, preparation of programmes, schedules, method statements and liaising with the client and their contractors. This includes attendance at site and progress meetings. You will also need to control the delivery of materials and equipment to site and assist and support contracts other than those run by the Project Engineer when requested.
Finally assisting the Installation Team Leader, if required, to carry out all associated duties including hands on work.
Qualifications
- HNC/ONC or equivalent in electrical, mechanical or Civil Engineering would be advantageous, but not mandatory.
- At least 3 year's experience in the supervision of a direct labour force.
- Knowledge of relevant Health and Safety and Quality procedures.

- Ability to lead;
- Ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing;
- Able to accept and manage responsibility.
