Quality Policy
Our policy is to have within the organisation, proper and appropriate processes that demonstrate the organisation has the competence to design, manufacture, install, maintain and project manage services to transport, government organisations and others, to a consistently high standard that will meet and exceed clients' expectations. Any products or systems produced in-house will be innovative.
We shall operate our Quality Management System in accordance with BS EN ISO 9001:2000 and shall remain a company of assessed capability by continually reviewing and improving our quality systems in the pursuit of excellence. Personnel will be aware of the relevance and importance of their activities and their contribution to achieving the quality objectives.
Top management is committed to ensure customers' needs are determined and requirements understood and met by providing the necessary resources, communication and control.
