CONGRATULATIONS MATT!!
Congratulations to Matt Tuvey, who has been working with Telent and Fluor on the Connect Project since August. Matt was awarded “SPC of the Month” for his excellent performance on this critical project. Matt and his team have been installing Radio Combiner equipment across the Underground System, and the award reflects his commitment to Health and Safety, as displayed during a number of onerous customer audits.
CUSTOMER SURVEY
The Postfield Systems survey focused on the product range whilst the IPS survey looked at design & installation. The survey has resulted in an increased awareness of our in-house design capability which in turn has won us more business!
Highlights from the survey:
- Each product within the Postfield Systems range scored over 74%
- IPS scored the following scores for installation: Flexibility (93%), Delivery (83%) and Integrated system installation performance (83%)
- IPS scored 80% for providing detailed station design solutions

IPS WINS CONTRACT FOR TUBE LINES' INSTALLATIONS
IPS who celebrate their 10th anniversary this year has been awarded a contract, which could be worth in excess of £9.5m, for the installation of new communications equipment at 74 underground stations. Please click here to access a pdf version of our press release.
METRONET LIST IPS AS A 'KEY ORGANISATION' INVOLVED IN THE DELIVERY OF THE 'KING'S CROSS ST PANCRAS TICKET HALL PROJECT'
The completed work on the new western ticket hall is part of phase 1 of the King's Cross St Pancras Station redevelopment to improve access to the Metropolitan and Circle lines.
