Environmental Policy Statement

This environmental management system policy statement relates to the design, manufacturing, installation and project management services for electrical, security, information display and communication projects.

IPS is committed to reducing the risk of pollution due to its business operations by maintaining systems to ensure legislative compliance, including operating to appropriate best practice.

IPS will meet the requirements of the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Standard so as to further enhance environmental performance. Our environmental objectives will be subject to periodic review and audit, with our goal being the improvement of energy and resource efficiency, particularly in respect to transport, recycling of packaging and printing materials, and the use of electricity for office based activities.

We will develop the skills and competences required for relevant staff to manage environmental issues related to our operations.

We will liaise with our suppliers, contractors and customers to find practical, mutually cost-effective means to minimise the environmental impact of our business operations.
